I don’t want to buy online, what can I do?
If you’d prefer to speak to someone, our sales advisors are available 9am – 8pm – 7 days a week. Please give them a call on 0800 062 2112. Alternatively visit your local showroom and a member of the team will be able to assist you.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Electron, online, instore and over the telephone. Cheques and cash can be taken instore.
How secure are my details?
Is it really free delivery?
At Oak Furniture Direct we prise ourselves on being one of the only companies to design, manufacture and deliver solid furniture. All our items are delivered completely free to the room of your choice.
Will I have to assemble the furniture?
All our items are built and delivered solid. We design them with no assembly needed. However, to aid delivery and access to rooms, some of our larger items may need some limited assembly.
How can your furniture be solid at these prices?
We design, manufacture and deliver everything ourselves. Meaning we have no middlemen and no costly wholesalers. We don’t have expensive TV adverts or thousands of staff. This keeps our overheads down and we pass these savings straight back to you.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to deliver all items between 14 and 21 days after order. If you’d like your order delivered sooner please give us a call and one of our team will be happy to help.
Are my goods guaranteed?
All of our products sold come with a full 12 month warranty.
